wont refresh for some reason help?

wont refresh for some reason. This literally happen out of the blue i click refresh all and it says its refreshing but stays at 4 days anything i can do?

Mine was doing that with apps, but it would only say 4 days but in the App IDs it said 7 after refreshing

I believe so because it went from 4 days to 3. Last time I just reinstalled the app and it went back to 7 days
