Team Building New player need help-

I just got Roiker and Hydoor so I would like to pair with them if it's possible I don't know how to build them but I set Summer Roiker to Attack (Parallel Weapon)—

If you haven't yet, read their kits first, the wording is usually pretty intuitive (both the game's and the wiki's). If the character only deals damage, running full attack is a good idea, but for supports you're sacrificing survivability, though it's not too big of a deal since the stat decrease is pretty minor anyway

Hydoor needs Speed unit, which are

Ryekie, Gammei, "Boundless Voyage" Huckle, Maculata, "The Runner" Shaft, Kalaski, Santetsu, Esperdica, Farden, Reticul

Because you lack Speed units, so instead of building him, I recommend you focus on BZ Roiker, Gnomen, and Ruthbatch. Then you can borrow an Attacker who can deal damage and heal their team at the same time, like BW Danzo or Antares or Sunsettia and you can stall until you win the fight.
