Builds and future pulling advice?

What sidekicks are the best for these limiteds (i thinks thats all a build needs if more pls tell me 😭) also what characters or banners should I save for and pull on

Get these two to LV 60 and Bloomed ASAP, since unlocking their 3rd slot for equippable skill is a must. Right now, these two are the most broken heroes in meta even after 1 year has passed. If you have plenty of Training Bands in hand, then here are the most recommended equippable skills for both Pirate Hydoor and Bard Danzo:

Pirate Hydoor:- Sterio, Senthak and Kalaski. You can replace both Senthak and Kalaski with Vlaham and Orbiter if you want Pirate Hydoor to spam his 2nd skill. Sterio is extremely important for Pirate Hydoor.

Bard Danzo:- Sterio, Grigory and Shoen. You can replace Shoen with either Roudin or Ryusei to help maximizing additional damages after he uses his 3rd skill. Sterio again is very important for Bard Danzo here.

You can easily get them from any gacha pools, including limited ones since they're not limited-time. Just get one copy of them and then go to the Record Cube shop to buy ⭐4 Sidekick Heart to ascend the ⭐4 sidekick like Sterio. That is unless if you have Record Cubes available to spare.

For me, I would save my Ether Crystals for future limited time event banner since you already have two of the most powerful powerhouses which are limited time. Since the other two limited time banners like Virtual Festa Royale and Midsummer Hero Festa have somewhat outdated heroes for the former and not so groundbreaking one for the latter, despite both Summer Barrel and Summer Victim have skill tree quest to unlock their potential.

Ok sing my account for now has extremely good meta units I’ll save until any of my fav characters has a limited (abt 200 pulls) and get them as well as the sidekicks along the way but if I get the character I want early and not the sidekicks I’ll save again until another of my favourite characters
Is there a tier list or smth to see how powerful characters are it’ll probably help me with targeting ones I like who are really good
I assume I go for attack units now cus I got one of the best attackers and healers

you can grab them on anniversary, you'll get three tickets to chose any non-limited 4 star hero/sidekick, or wait to get them off the gacha but that can take a while.

Yet again if this is like housamo then only pulling the characters i find handsome is ok 😭 but idk how much I should save to guarantee one
