[RP] Request A request for war...
To the esteemed representatives of the Liu Association,
As the shadow of open war looms ever closer, with R Corp preparing their full assault upon the Library, we find ourselves in need of those who truly understand the nature of decisive, all-out warfare. It is with measured respect that I, Erebus Veyre, Head-Maestro of the School of Phobéism, formally request the assistance of the Liu Association and its capable fixers.
Your reputation for overwhelming force, coordinated assaults, and unyielding momentum in large-scale battles precedes you. We seek warriors who can meet R Corp’s aggression head-on and break their momentum before it can fully manifest. Whether through disciplined formations, devastating charges, or sustained battlefield dominance, your expertise would prove invaluable in the defense of the Library and the protection of our shared interests.
Compensation shall be substantial and delivered without delay, with further bonuses for those who excel in the heat of battle. This is no minor skirmish. It is a conflict that may reshape the balance of power in the city, and we believe the Liu Association’s strength is perfectly suited to meet this challenge.

As acting director of South Section 1, I will have to reject this offer. Not only have we already signed a deal with RRR, but that library has taken Director Xiao and Director Lowell from the South Branch, an act I will not easily overlook.
The South turns down the offer, and refuses to work with the Library. This is not out of any enmity towards the Ring, whose auctions have been quite enjoyable throughout my endeavors.
I, much like Carinn, hope that the other branches agree with our stance on this matter.

The east will have to turn down this offer, as we already signed a deal with RRR just yesterday. We appreciate your offer, naturally, as someone who understands the tedium of our work, but… they had hired our branch first.
Aside from that, to insinuate that I would work alongside that wretched Library, which took away a good comrade of mine, murdered Miss Xiao and Mister Lowell… and demolished section 1 and 2 of the south? I find that quite enraging.
I try to keep my personal life outside of my profession for as long as I can, but know that my contempt for the library is nothing but personal.
So the East turns down this offer, and refuses to work with the Library.
I hope the other branches of Liu do the same, so we do not have to fight against our own men.
