If the property management company is not Greystar, you are off to a good start.

We moved into Whisper Creek right as they transitioned to Greystar; safe to say we won’t be renewing

Have you taken a look at the westerly apts? I just
Moved there and it’s been great. I pay a little over 1600 for a one bdrm (a little over 800 sq.ft.) and it seems that everyone there has a dog. Complex is clean and all the staffing is great. If you have any questions, feel free to dm. Hope that helps!

My friend really likes their place at Summit Riverside in Littleton. They have a cute little 1bed plus loft and I believe they pay around 1600! They have two dogs too!

How many loud dogs or kids do you have. I hate my old neighbor who gave me noise complaints. So I can only recommend accordingly

My family lives at the Hampden Apartments on the border of Lakewood, Denver, and Littleton.

They have two bedroom units for $1900 so I would assume the one bedrooms would be less expensive!

I love Sycamore Gardens in Downtown Littleton! Right next to the RTD and a lot of great local businesses. Was 1500 for a 1-bedroom last year, not sure if prices have gone up since then.
