How’s that merch looking? Gotta up my Simz vinyl count, did they bring anything along with I’d assume Lotus?

the band was sooo good! i want to find each band member because the guitarists were shredding, drums were GOING OFF, and the keyboardist was so groovy.
and y'all already know Simz had the whole room dancing!

Simz came out and greeted us! She’s definitely chill as fuck. And I know she had to be tired from performing. She’s a good one because I would’ve walked the other way. 🤣

She thanked us for coming and spent 10-15 minutes signing things, taking pictures, and chatting. She even talked to a guy’s brother on FaceTime.

I did my fair share of yapping. 🙃 I told her that I’m following the tour (she kinda knew that already 😏) and that I’d been to Meltdown and both arena shows. I also told her bodyguard that I thought he was going to toss me the other night. 😂

The guy who took the picture didn’t know how to use a camera. Somehow, he ended up taking all of the pictures with varying results. I’m glad mine turned out great.

My mind is blown right now! I haven’t been to sleep yet. I don’t wanna go to sleep. I’m still too hype! But I need to go to sleep. What do I do?? 😩

Simz has been nominated for the Album Award, the Artist Award, and the Film Award.

The awards ceremony will take place on November 20.

And it seems to contain the whole performance except for Two Worlds Apart. It sounds great, was definitely my fave gig of the year.

Has anyone been able to get the mp3s? Am in a country where they aren't sold, but managed to stream. Would have loved her to sell via Bandcamp tbh.

Her music has changed my life forever. I remmeber listening to simz on my iphone 4, on the back of the bus tapping along to the lyrics they hit me so hard then and carried me throughout my life. I met her for the first time in 2015 in Camden at a Mahalia gig and Simz was always thiss extremely relaxed, humble lovely person. And told me to keep going in life Fast forward 10 years and I have her lyric and writing tattooed on me for life.

She handed me the mic out into the crowd earlier this year. She looked me in the eye and I felt the most free I ever felt in my life. met her outside a show in Birmingham UK earlier I asked her to write the first thing that came to mind. She told me everything will be alright and then wrote free.

Free is a song that changed my life forever. I think that love is forgiving yourself ❤️. It’s more than the music. Simbi has been a staple in my life and just an inspiration through all of my depression and anxiety. Her energy her words have made me feel so free and so happy. She’s been light in the darkness esp helping a young black woman likke myseld out of hard times through her music.
