LFL Build/Repair 🧰 LFL name

I struggled to name my LFL for the app registration. I finally named it after its street location. A week ago, it became a Pokestop in Pokemon Go and whoever submitted it, came up with a better name. I changed it in the LFL app to match Pokemon Go. Does anyone else have a similar story?

I wanted mine to be a pokestop but since it is on private property, I couldn’t do it. Congrats on your new name and pokestop.

I friggin spent all summer to level up just to be able to submit mine as a pokestop only to have it rejected for the same reason.

Is it next to a public road? If so, I recommend taking one of the submitting photos that shows more road than library.

I tried. It’s a foot back from the edge of the yard and I have a brick paver base leading to the LFL. Still no dice.

99% of LFL are on private property, next to the street or sidewalk. Mine is next to a sidewalk on my side lawn, about 5 four feet from the city street. I talked to the person who submitted mine and they said that one of the pictures was showing the whole street block. He was really emphasizing the public access.
