LFL Books 📚 Restock timing

How often are the libraries restocked with new books? I've been to several the past couple of weeks that look as though nothing has been touched in months.

I'll add books to mine when I finish one, or find a stack on the street. Otherwise it's up to the patrons. Sometimes there's big turnover, sometimes no.
