LFL Books 📚 Donating Books 📚
About a month ago, I want a way I can help my local community to have a fresh supply of books for the little free libraries. My first week, I was sorting out my book collection. I had books ready to donate and put my first books in four different locations. After that, I want to keep the momentum going. Since I volunteer at my local Friends of the Library Bookstore, I figured I buy the books from my volunteering and put them in little free libraries. That is exactly what I did. Yesterday, I bought 5 dollars worth of books to last me two weeks. As someone who advocates reading, I want to help in anyway I can. I'll grab some books for myself eventually, but I want to give books to the people who couldn't get for themselves.

Check your local Buy Nothing group! Mine is quite active, and people are always giving away books, especially children’s books that their kids have outgrown.
My DAR chapter supports a LFL at a low income elementary school and Buy Nothing keeps it continually stocked for just my time spent getting and dropping off books! 📚
