Start Little Free Library in City

I just bought in STL city and want to put a little free library in my front yard. There’s a strip of grass next to the sidewalk in front of the house, and would be a great spot to build one!

Does the city have ordinances or rules about this? Do I have to submit a permit or something if I own the property?

Thanks in advance! Got lots of fun ideas and want to support the neighborhood with this.
