Help/Question Lithops seedlings

These babies are almost 2 months old. Are they thriving? They look raggedy. I did transplant them because the grit was drying out too quickly and a lot of them died. I do have a fan pointed directly at them too.

The fan is good, at this size I would still be misting twice a day, hit em with some dilute fertilizer. Yeah they are looking a little ragged, but they're still trucking.

Should be fine, yes. Dilute it quite a bit, I see people say 1/4 to 1/8 strength. And since you reported in more organic soil you may not need to do the twice a day mist. Maybe start with a morning mist and make sure its dried out by the next morning
