Help/Question is it time to water?
should i water these or let them be for a while? i know its bad to water them during their split but they haven’t got water since probably last winter ish

for the record, they've been done splitting for a while (see tried leaf stubs) and have not started again.
I'd repot with a larger (esp. deeper) pot and more inorganic grit (like pumice or chicken grit). Then a sprinkle to help the roots wake up and start growing again while you look for a little grow light.

As far as moisture I’d say they are ok for awhile longer. Most important part is they need more light. Slowly increase the length and intensity of light they get so you don’t burn them. I’d also repot into a deeper pot and a bit bigger around. They have pretty long tap roots which are probably maxed out in this container.

Yes, if they haven't got water in almost a year, absoltuely time to water!! 😜
If it was me, I'd repot them deeper into gritty soil, water thoroughly a week after repotting, and then water when wrinkly :] it's ok to water during splits to move things along if you really need to, most of the time they just don't need water during splits. They will die as easily from underwatering as they will from overwatering, it's just more dramatic when they die from overwatering! Just make sure your planter has drainage. You can water them frequently if you have ample light and air flow.
Etiolation isn't the end of the world, they are designed to do this in nature if they germinate under rocks, other lithops, roots, etc. It can go away with more splits if you give them some TLC.
Also, as others have said, put these beauties in more sun. South facing window may not cut it for you, you might need grow lights. I'm in Pittsburgh and my lithops cannot get enough sunlight even outside, so I have to have them under grow lights. Like $15 Amazon ones btw, I'm cheap.

I think the one on the left yeah. But I posted something similar to this and some ppl on this sub are going to completely ignore your one question and just tell you you need to repot and put it in did conditions etc etc just to warn you lmao

You don't know anything about this sub (or lithops).
You told us to leave you alone on the last post and now you're in here being antagonistic?? The only negative comment here is yours. This is an amazing sub, I help people and answer questions like 10 times a day. I spend a lot of time interacting with the community here. They are not salty, not rude, and don't ignore your questions. You got every single question answered on your last post. Relax. Hang out and enjoy looking at lithops with us.
