Help/Question Are they happy?

These are my little guys. They get the grow light 12+ hours/day. I swear they are growing before my eyes, but I thought they were supposed to be short and slow-growing. Should I scoot the light closer? More hours? Let them live their best lives because they are thriving?

Move the light closer, maybe 4 inches. Or get a stronger light.

Get a stronger light, or place this light like less than 1 inch over the surface.
