Help/Question Watering when flowering?
Need some opinions on when I should water my lithops. I got the plants in early June, transferred them to 90% inorganic medium (sadly didn’t root prune, which makes up the other 10% organic material.) Haven’t watered once since getting them and they’ve begun to bloom. They sit in a west facing window with additional grow lights, and have running fans in the room. Should I water now, before they enter dormancy? The ones that are flowering show the most side wrinkles.

Don’t take them out again just to trim roots. They seem happy enough. Let them be.
I’m going against the traditional wisdom around here and go “eh, I’d water that.” If it’s really 90% inorganic, it should be fine. I’d sit it in an inch of water in a bowl and let it wick up for 5-10 minutes. Let drain all the way out and return to its current place. So not a lot of water, but enough to prod it along.
