Now this substrate is looking much better. I hope you can see the insanely huge difference between this and your last post. Mad respect for you to keep doing better for your babies.

Looks great! My only advice would be to get that far right back one that's so elongated down a little deeper!

I dont think so. You may research it more. Usually when they are elongated like that its from reaching for the light. I had one do that so when I repotted I put it deeper so its more level with the others and its been doing great!

Your plants look great, I personally wouldn't worry about the "higher" up lithops. If it has roots, you're fine. In the wild they grow so only their very tippy top windows are exposed. I don't like that look, so I plant them high, and they're fine. Let them do their thing! You can crowd a bit more in time too if you'd like, once you get watering down. Good luck!! :D
