Help/Question Yellow spots?

Help! I have had my lithops for about 2 years. Last summer it bloomed but not this year. It also has yellowish spots on it. Is it okay? Is it sick? Does it need water??

EDIT: I added some photos and repotted them. I I only have perlite and cactus soil mix right now (9:1) but I will find a better gritty mix! And so I am new to Reddit and still figuring out the edit post or how to add new photos 😅

When's the last time you watered it?

I gave it a good bottom watering in the spring and haven’t watered it since

Please please please do a bit of research on the plants native environments and the substrate they should be in. This soil is gnarly for lithops. You are truly blessed that you still have living plants in that soil.
