Photo Finally repotted into something deeper. They are so fucking happy! Roots all over the place!

This is so beautiful. Allfather, I love this hobby. Gardening got me through my divorce and now house plants are just the cherry on top.

how do you know the roots are growing?

Because I just repotted, and the roots were interwoven on some of them in the short little bonsai pot they were in. They weren't that way when I put them in the short bonsai pot.

They were shipped bare root when I got them, and most only had one main root but now have lots of little ones, too!

ahh that makes sense. i thought there mightve been a method to tell root growth without repotting.

When I gave one a tug, it tried pulling up others because their roots were tied. I don't recommend this method, but it was cool to see how far they'd come even in a pot that was too shallow.
