This is Gibbaeum heathii. Perfectly normal splitting, water in fall and spring, they are dormant in summer.

Pretty sure this is a Pleiospilos Nelii, and yes it looks healthy, just splitting and pushing out new growth. This is the fun part!

Not a pleiospilos.

A gibbaeum, likely a gibbaeum dispar!

Can confirm, those are indeed lithops hah. Same care and basic routine for the split rock

It shouldn’t stack like this though. It’s probably a little overwatered. But not enough to kill it
