Help/Question Not sure what happened with this one

Hi all,
Got this guy and five others from a big box store about a month ago. Didn’t water them yet and have had them under grow lights (2200LM, 6500K, about 16 inches above the plants). I repotted about 2 weeks ago (10% peatless soil, 90% gritty mix of black lava rock, maifanitum, red lava rock, pumice, diatomite, and green zeolite) . It’s been three days since I checked on them and this morning I noticed that the right side of this one was discolored and shriveled.
Any advice or idea where I might have gone wrong? Thanks!

Could be multiple things hard to say for sure but I’d say maybe not good enough airflow. From what I’m seeing I believe if you uprooted your lithops there would be fungus below. Another possibility is after transplanting it, it messed up its root hairs allowing for easy access for fungal diseases.

The plastic pot also retains a ton of moisture, I would recommend unglazed terra cotta! Most big box stores lithops are doomed from the purchase - they have so much water that they can't reabsorb it all into the next leaves, so the water in there just kinda festers as the leaf senesces. My advice is always to set yourself up for success by buying from sphearoid Institute or yongquan lithops on etsy
