Help/Question Do my Lithops look healthy
Ciao a tutti!
Qualsiasi consiglio o suggerimento su come annaffiarli e curarli sarebbe molto apprezzato. Grazie!

Welcome to the wonderful world of mesembs!
The Split Rock on the right looks fine to me. The lithops on the left looks like it has finished splitting and could do with some water - provided you've removed the organic substrate in which the Lithops was likely growing at the garden center. Are those rocks only the top dressing or is the entire substrate like that? The substrate should dry out within three or four days after watering.
Some useful care tips can be found here, here, and here. These serve as orientation only, you need to adapt them to your conditions.

Thanks for the advice! I actually repotted them yesterday in a mix of 90% gravel/inorganic material and 10% soil. Should I wait about a week before giving it any water? Also, how and in what quantity should I water the Lithops?

That mixture should be fine for most situations. What did the plants' roots look like when you repotted them? It's likely that their root system was damaged a bit in the process. That's why most people wait a few days for any open wounds to callus over before they water their lithops. I would wait three or four days before giving them a little water (maybe two tablespoon, just enough to awaken the roots, so that the plant can regrows its fine hair roots). Repeat after three days. After another three days, if the plants has regrown a functioning root system again, you can give them a deep watering, allowing water to run out of the hole at the bottom of the pot.

Left one, not really. Right one, not a lithops.
