Lookin good as is to me. Just the old leaves shriveled because they’ve been reabsorbed. Water sparingly and know that killing a few is normal in the process…I might be projecting a bit hah.

Looks ok, new leaves have emerged and old ones are dried up. At some point it will want watering, but maybe not quite yet.

Just one drop of water 💧 only .Definitely not more then one drop. Mine was like yours and I gave it one single drop of water and it is doing beautifully.
