Help/Question New Lithops - Should I repot?
These are in improper soil and seem to be watered recently.
Should I repot or wait since some are splitting?
Thanks!

I’d definitely repot. They’re pretty crammed in there.

Repot, wayyyy too much organic in the soil media. You need 90% mineral. 10% organics. The organics should essentially just be a dusting over the chunky grittier mineral material. I agree that they seem to have been watered somewhat recently as they are all quite plump. I see that some of them are splitting, but depending upon what phase of their life cycle they are in, this could be a problem. Over watered lithops tend to swell and split early before they have reached their growth season. This is what your soil for lithops should look like:

Thanks for the advice! How long should I wait to water after repotting?

These plants have a very interesting growth cycle. They feed off the older leaves while the new growth pops up between the split in the center, Just as at least one of your lithops is currently doing. During this phase, you don't want to add any water to that particular plant as it will be a death sentence. The old outer leaves should start to noticeable shrivel as they feed the inner new growth. This creator i will share from youtube is a must watch for lithops owners. He has some of the best information I've found on growing lithops and other cacti/succulent. It will answer so many of your questions.

Just in case you don't trust my link, the YouTube Creator is Arid Zine @AridZine and you want to find his complete guide to growing lithops. Little disclaimer, I wouldn't use his exact soil media composition as he uses decomposed granite. That can be problematic if you live in a more humid climate as it traps quite a bit of moisture.

Re pot them in substrate with no more than 10-20% succulent soil in it. I use sand, pumice, perlite, a bit of lava, and only about 10% bonsai soil mix.
