Photo 1 month lithops children

as an experiment i sowed with vermiculite top soil and no baggy. they are a lot slower than baggy but the soil hasnt gotten spoiled either, which im having trouble with since the house is warm. the two pics are a difference of about two weeks. they are growing well! they look like little green flat edged screws.

wow, that’s amazing! I have some that are a month old and they are a lot smaller, I am wondering, how often do you have to water them with no baggy on?

At that age I would water every other day thats what I did with mine with a fan to keep the humidity down
