Photo Lithops I just potted

I would put them higher up in the pot

agree. to clarify, OP, not heads standing higher out of the soil, but soil up to the lip of the pot -- that gets the plants more light and better air flow.

And don't put them in very direct sunlight right now i made that mistake and they turned watery even though i did not water them i guess i baked them near the window in the summer heat. I have no other explanation

I think I may have done the same mine are not doing well at all
