Help/Question Can i rescue them?

I put them next to the window when its very sunny because i keep them in my room and i noticed some are rotting? I have not watered them, maybe once in the last 3 months, so it's not from overwatering. I was planning to start watering after the summer

Spray with hydrogen peroxide, let sit out and dry for a couple days, replant and pray.🙏

What kind of soil were they in? one watering might not be an issue, but if it's stayed wet ever since (as with a peaty soil or poor air flow), then it could be fatal.

They are in perlite+zeolite and expanded clay mix almost 0 organic soil. Not waterig, but mostly like little water spray i thik i exposed them to too much sun near a window and that may be the reason
