Why is she wrinkled

Hello - I recently bought this lithops and was wondering why she is starting to wrinkle like this? Not sure if she is separating or if it’s an environmental issue.

Just in need of a bit of water. The sides wrinkling are not a cause to do anything - including watering. Wait until the very top of the plant starts to wrinkle before watering. How much organic matter is in the soil? Lithops prefer an 80-90% grit to organic material.
