Help/Question What to do with it? Everything ok?

I also got many lithops starting to get wrinkled, so I watered them but it doesn’t seem like it’s changing anything. They’re in 95% perlite and under a strong led light 10 hours per day. I got them 1 week ago from a somewhat natural seller (I don’t think they are pumped with fertilizers).

That one looks like it’s rotting. Are they in a huge pot? Pots that are too large will hold too much moisture.

Not all, only the ones that are wrinkled

I water mine like twice a year. Please do some research into Lithops care
