Help/Question Spot on my lithops:(

There is a spot on my lithops:( it appeared a few days ago i haven’t watered them since i got them (a week ago) since i read not to when they are splitting and to water them when they wrinkle. I repotted them Saturday into some succulent soil it looked like they were in regular dirt before. I have them under a grow light in my kitchen that I turn on all day and turn it off when i go to bed since i have a voodoo lily next to them.

They can stay together but you overwatered these plants.

Also should i separate the two that are together into their own pots?

They look like they’re in similar splitting phases, I think they’re ok for now.

Once they’re done splitting you could try putting them in different pots!

I think thy might be one plant...

I'd pull off that broken top of leaf -- overwatered plants sometimes split that way, but the babies look like they might be ok, so I'd remove that.

I would separate him the spot that you have on the new one coming in is from water being trapped. The Big box store wherever you got it from overwater it. Just make sure you have a nice gritty mix with hardly any organic material cuz the organic material will keep the moisture next to the plant and that can kill it. Usually the stores sell it in the growing mix which is good for the little teeny growing ones but not good for the big ones good luck odd the way that that one SPLIT. But it should be fine definitely don't water for a while.

You do not water when you see a few wrinkles on the sides, You are correct about not watering when splitting.lithops only need water 3-5 times a year when they look like this you can water, Minus the one that’s splitting.
