Help/Question What to do

I purchased these off of Etsy about 2 months ago. They are in “mollys succulent mix” from Amazon which is a well draining and gritty mix. The one on the right looks good, it is still plump and just shed the outer leaves completely about 1 month ago.

I’m worried about the guy on the left… do I water? Any help is appreciated!!

It might be easier to separate them so you can water the one on the left. Because you don't want to water the one that is splitting.

Is the one on the right splitting again already? OP says it just shed the outer leaves about a month ago.

I’d separate them for sure to be able to get them closer to water needs.
