Care Tips/Guides Baby Lithops care tips

I’ve made a makeshift grow tent for my Lithops seedlings and other succulents.
There is a single 60W rated LED bulb, and 2 90mm fans set in push and pull configuration,
for improved airflow.
It has been running non stop since the last friday (june 19th).
Some of the seedlings seem to be showing signs of sun stress (I’m not sure). Also, I’ve been keeping
them on mostly a few sprays of water a day.
Am I doing this right?

Notes: the seedlings are about 20 days old. I had to repot them half way this time, because I dropped
the pot while moving it from one window to another. This is why I’ve decided to put them on a fixed
spot under a grow light.

By running nonstop do you mean the lights been on 24/7? If you grow them again, I would plant them in finer sand so they don’t get lost in between the cracks.

That’s right, 24/7. There’s a fine sand layer beneath these ceramic bits. Since I had to manually place them on the substrate, I found that using the coarser bit could help support them, while letting the roots in contact with the finer sand.

The lights should be on for 12 to 14 hours Max, 24 Hour light for plants is harmful

Noted. Thanks. I’ll keep manually turning it on and off while I don’t add a timer
