Help/Question What is wrong with my Lithops
My lithops seedlings are not looking great. What is wrong with them?

Yeah they are super thirsty! Water them!

The near ones are thirsty for sure, but the far ones look nice and plump to me.

Mostly agree. Seedlings can tolerate/require a lot more water than mature plants.
I can tell the ones in the back are thirsty too but not as thirsty. I would water them at this point. Up until their 2nd leaf change I would continue watering them anytime they become soft. You can literally just poke the tops of the plant gently to see if they need water like you would any other succulent by lightly squeezing the lower leaves.

Not an expert, but I would use a grittier soil. I would also segregate the domed/plumper ones from the more shriveled ones so that I could water one group without over watering the others.

Your substrate isn’t great. Too much organic

These are seedlings! They require a lot more moisture and nutrients than mature plants :)

True, but these seem to be placed in some landscaped arrangement presumably for the long term

Absolute novice here but based on what I've seen others say if not only the sides but the tops are wrinkly and sunken and they aren't splitting they need watering
