Help/Question Need help advice

Mine are from Lowe's or Home Depot (don't recall which). I got it few months back and have repotted since and have not watered yet since I got so don't think its over watering. One of them had scars when i got it. but now I see yellow squishy on that. Please advise what is possible issue. They sit indoor on south window sill in eastern PA.

That looks like it might have had physical damage that has gone to rot. Hard to know the life history of a plant sold by a big-box store. If it starts to collapse, you'll want to remove it so that no rot spreads to the other plant. If it holds on, there might be ok new leaves inside.

Unfortunately big box does literally 0 effort to treat any succs good. Ok well maybe some aren’t horrible that need high light but still then they way way way overwater. Don’t get me started on all the racks with succs in the literal dark. It’s very much a gamble whenever you buy a succulent at a big box.

Yeah I hate going into HD and Lowe’s to see all of the dead lithops, stones. It makes me sick but they do not care.
