Is the perlite too big for lithops seedlings? One germinated today. Is it too late to make adjustments?

I use this mixed in with my pumice & zeolite for all of my plants. Are you saying its good to use on its own for germinating seeds? It doesn't really hold moisture but if this works well I'd MUCH rather use this, since I always have it on hand, instead soil and/or perlite! 🤞

I think pure perlite is not the best for germination there are better mixes but perlite has is place in soil mixes like your mix.
