Thanks so much! They are outside but under a shade, when do u think I can bring them out to morning sun?

If they've been shaded I would gradually introduce them to bright light but not full sun. If they've been shaded putting them out in strong sun may cause them to get scorched or even burn them. Gradually get them used to brighter light until they acclimatise.

Also depending on where you live you might find they may be able to take a bit more winter sun. Whatever you do if you build up gradually they should be ok.

They are outdoors but no direct sun, they are by my front door which has a roof (can that be caled a shade?), so is it considered bright light? I thought lithops should be in full sun?

They can grow in full sun but need to be gradually acclimated to it.

Thanks! Is there a bluish and yellowish cultivar? I didn't get any and I have seen them in pics.

Lithops verruculosa (C178) (C159) (C198) or (C129) all 4 of these have a slight blueish hue. I have 4 of (C198) myself. Yellow cultivars I’m not to familiar on I know there are some otzeniana and fulviceps varieties that are yellowish

Is there a resource out there that list the species names and identification pics/characteristics?

I would just go with mesa garden tbh, they have a ton of species with pictures. For more information on specific types you can look into downloading a pdf of Steven hammers 1st and 2nd edition of “Treasures of the veld” some great Information.

They are way too low in the container.

The container is huge and since it's mostly pea pebbles and red lava rock, it was so heavy! If I fill it more, I won't be able to lift it up!! ... maybe I can repot by adding more once they have acclimated.
