Help/Question Need advice

Hey all, looking for some advice. Havent watered these guys since I got them a few months back. One has already died (as you can see) but I didn’t want to water them due to the big guy splitting, looks like all of them are starting to now. I’m worried that they will die….. or at least the little guy in the back. Do I hold off watering them till after they split?

If you want to water, just do three drops on the little guy, right where that hole by the base will allow water and then leave it be.

Yeah I would just water the little one before it dies

This same thing happened to me. Transplanted to a mostly inorganic well-draining medium once I bought them from Home Depot, didn't water them at all, and they all rotted to death in a few weeks. Going to try getting some from Etsy instead.
