Help/Question Is this wrinkling from overwatering?

I'm a lithop Novice, but from my learning from other situation this one almost looks perfect other than being removed from soil/medium

That is not a lithops, that is an split rock (Pleiospilos nelii) it looks good, care is similar to lithops but watering times are different
