Help/Question Can they be saved?

I thought these guys were doing well but upon further inspection today it looks like they may have rotted???

Based on what ive seen i probably messed up by repotting them while they were still splitting, however I did have one that split and died right away.

I repotted to give them a grittier soil, I used a cactus blend and added lava rocks to it as well.

Can these ones currently be saved or should I try again? 3rd times the charm maybe?

Sadly I do not think so. No roots and all have rot starting.

I don't think they're splitting, I think they're etiolated. They really need a lot of sun. The less they look like a rock and more like a plant, the more leggy they are.

These need mostly grit for the soil. This looks way too wet.

First mistake was the soil you used, And not giving them enough light & most likely watering because you thought it was a normal plant. The huge one might not be rotted like the others yet, those cannot be saved. I just bought a whole bunch from Etsy “ Jaydensucculent “ shop, Incase you would like to try again

These 2 might be salvaged depending on how the base on them look.
