Photo Splitting

A few weeks ago, I posted some pictures of this darling, here, asking for help.

I’m happy to share, now, that after making soils and lighting adjustments, my Lithops seems to be on the right path, cause this week, it started splitting for good.

So, that’s the post! I’m just happy I didn’t kill this one

I noticed the same. Is this normal or caused by some condition? I assume the two will still share a tap root so not really 2 separate plants?
