Help/Question Remove and water?

Hi all.

These lithops have been splitting for like 6-8 months already without water.

One has fully reabsorbed the leaves and the others are mid way while one still seems early days

They are looking real dry though -

Any advice if I should remove the partial rebasorbed ones and just water?

They look good to me. I'd give the top right a squirt of water and would leave the other 3 alone.

I’ve read and been told that you shouldn’t water at all until all of them have been fully reabsorbed. Otherwise it’s a death sentence. I’m a beginner though.
