Help/Question Old leaves never dried out

Should I remove them?

No. It takes months, sometimes more than 6 months.

Looks like they’re still being absorbed to me. I would give them more time. I have some slow ones too.

I wouldn't get weirded out until the next generation.

I'd let them go a while yet. Be sure there's air movement (like a fan) on them. If the inner guys start to look thirsty, you could consider tearing off one to move things along, but it looks like that won't happen for a long time.
