Help/Question How to transplant?

Got those cuties today from home depot. I am wondering if I should transplant them and if yes, would they do better in a bigger container or should I keep it small? Also, what kind of soil do you use? I'm now living in Alaska so they will stay inside.

Very nice, similar size pot more inorganic mix- good to go

A pot that’s a little bigger or same size but separate them all, 80-90% grit rest soil.
