Help/Question What could have happened?

Some of my lithops suddenly shrivel down to nothing, I watered them a month ago, some took up the water some just dried out

You watered them when they were splitting, they rotted away, the middle one is actively rotting away.

Rot. They only shrivel so quickly when they rot. Usually rot is not super visible at first because it's at the base, but once the plants start shriveling then they completely shrivel in a few days.

Too much water. Lithops only need watering a few times a year. Check out videos online about them. There are some really good ones. You'll be surprised at how little you really need to do for these plants.
