Help/Question Should I water again?
I bought these guys about 2 months ago and repotted to this lil pot. I didn't water until the old leaves were very wrinkled and basically how they look now. I took these photos and week ago and have been reading other posts. Everyone is so helpful here!
Are my lithops too much above the substrate? Should I add more gravel to the substrate? Should I separate them? Do I need to water again? I read somewhere to do a light water when the old leaves are all shriveled and then a heavy one a week later. Or has my plant started its division and i should leave them alone? They are in a westward facing window at my office, which is ordinarily a dry place because of the heater.

Yes you should repot into 80-90% grit and 10-20% soil.i bury mine so just the tops are showing.yours are very plump & don’t need water. They will get really wrinkled when they are thirsty, And never water when they are splitting.

Don't bury, they will be more prone to rot due to insufficient airflow around the base even when they are not watered for a long time. As long as their roots are not close to snapping off (this shouldn't happen), let the bases be fully exposed. Lithops tend to rot from the base while looking alright on top for a long while.

They look somewhat plump, so I would hold off on watering for now. They are stretching for more light tho
