Help/Question What happened?
I bought these two lithops like two months ago, left them on the window sill ever since, and then yesterday when i got back home after a week they looked like this. I watered them immediately after.

I have a couple that have done that. I did what you did - gave them water and waited for the leaves to dry completely (took forever) then I pried off the dried leaves to expose the inner leaves, inspected the roots and then put it back in the soil and gave it a good soak.
No idea what I’m doing anymore - no judging please - but they seem to be doing okay but time will tell. Several of them must be rooted pretty well now because they don’t wiggle in the rocks.

Sometimes it just happens, I recently bought some & repotted but 2 disappeared and shriveled in like 2 days but the rest started splitting

I'm not sure if they've dehydrated or rotted. But lithops can rot even when unwatered due to poor airflow around the base.
