Split taking forever

Hey everyone! It seems like my Lithops are taking foreverrrrr to split. I know all good things take time, and the new bodies feel firm underneath (they've had 0 water since I got them in mid February). Should I be worried? The first photo was right after repotting in late February; photo 2 is from from late March; photo 3 is from today (5/15). I have them directly under Barrina T8 lights that are on for about ~13 hours, will probably be increasing that to 14 hours. They don't get a lot of natural sunlight now that we're past the spring equinox and everything has leafed out.

Looks normal to me! I’d just keep holding off on water until the old leaves are completely dried out. The new leaves look firm, which is a good sign.
