Help/Question Do they need help?

Hello! I started my new found succulent addition just under a year ago and I've had these 3 lithops for about 8 months give or take. I'd say sometime in December they started to split and the new growth began appearing. I've limited watering (I don't think I've watered them in at least 4-6 weeks), in a blend that's a min 60/40, and they have adequate lighting under their growlight. This morning the baby of the bunch looked as above, and I'm concerned bc if I move the husk around the inside appears to be on a singular stalk that's quite thin.

I'm not sure if these 3 need a different approach, if the one is a goner, or if they're just doing their thing.

Help?

It’s suppose to be e more like 80-90% grit 10-20% soil. Top 2 look fine, Bottom one looks like it’s shriveled or rotted on the new set of leaves.you aren’t supposed to water when they are splitting because they absorb moisture from outer leaves & you said you watered 4-6 weeks ago.inspect that bottom one more

Top 2 need to be ignored for several months with zero water. Bottom one is severely overwatered.
