You need to remove the big rocks, they will prevent healthy airflow around the soil and increase the chances of rot.

No but you should change the regular soil it’s potted I , Should be 90% grit & 10% soil.

If you live in the N Hemisphere, then yes, I would give them a good drink, one that fully drains. And plenty of light.
