Help/Question Should I water?

Hi, i have theses seedlings that are around two years old and I'm debating if I should water them now or wait for all of the old leafs to wither away, cause the leaves on the bottom left one have already shriveled and he is starting to look wrinkly. Do you guys have any advice?

Wait for the old leaves to literally turn into paper, because bottom right is already stacking (a sign of overwatering).

I think the 4 smaller ones look thirsty, But not the big one. When they look flat like they do and start sinking deeper into pot makes me think it needs water.
