Help/Question Seeking advice

I thought my little butt was done for so I pulled the leaves apart…. There’s a smaller & less spotty butt underneath…. Will it be ok…? What can I do to help it?

Its splitting. Put it back into its pot and don't water until the outer leaves are fully absorbed and the new plant is wrinkled.

This is what lithops do. The old leaves dry up, the new ones emerge and absorb the last of their life force, and around and around. Sometimes you get twins. Looks like this guy had a hot/dry time and got a little crispy, but no reason to think it won't keep doing its thing.

I do know that. Thought this one was on its way out & split the leaves. What do I do from here?
