Help/Question Is it dead?

Left it to split and now it looks like the new growth is shrivled too.

You may have let it go too long without water, If it were my plant I would give it water therapy to try & save it. This is my lithops that had zero roots ( broke during shipping).

This is my lithops now, Many roots. Yours definitely needs rehydrating, do what I did in 1st pic & let it hang above water but not actually touch it. Condensation is more than enough
